John is the owner/founder of Earthworks Landscape Management and began working in the industry when he started an irrigation installation and repair business in high school. Following high school, John obtained a B.S.A. in Horticulture from the University of Georgia where he fostered an affinity for landscape design and worked for the UGA Botanical Gardens. John possesses expert knowledge of plants and trees. In the 28 years of operation, the business has grown, but John’s commitment to delivering a well-executed, quality service with a personal, hassle-free, experience has remained the same.

Will is the manager of operations for Earthworks and is a graduate from Georgia College and State University where he earned a B.B.A. in Business Management and a minor in Spanish. As a freshman at North Oconee High School, Will began working at the business whenever possible. Over time his knowledge and love for the business, and the customers, grew as he continued to work on the installation crew during the remainder of high school and throughout college. Will held multiple leadership positions in high school and college and gained a reputation for working well with others and meeting expectations through teamwork and initiative. This skill has transferred smoothly into his work with the company to bring together the client’s wishes and the work of the employees to ensure that the end goal is met and the client is satisfied.
